Often potential buyers want to bypass dealing with a real estate professional.  Why do I need a realtor you might ask  You need the expertise of a real estate professional to ensure that you are not being misguided, misinformed, and have adequent representation for your salesperson to get you the best deal possible.  Realtors are held to a code of ethics to provide a due diligence and perform fidicuary resposibilities to their clients.  You need a knowledgeable and competent agent.  Full time agents can provide you with local area information, property trends, neighborhoods, pros and cons of different locations, prices, and the list goes on.  Do not get burned by not having someone to fight for you to get you the best deal.  Use a realtor in your next transaction.
